Please contact us via email at walletrecoveryservices@gmail.com
All initial contact should be through this email address, please do not use social media like Twitter for this purpose.

We will never reach out to you over Telegram or some other messaging app.

If you have forgotten your password, and you are sending us a wallet, then please include the following information:

    Number of coins/value
  2. 2
The wallet itself attached to the email thread
  3. 3
Some idea of your recollection/knowledge of the possible passwords

Please ensure you use the correct email address. We are walletrecoveryservices with a trailing “s”!

Encrypted Communications via PGP

Sending data via email is not particularly secure.
If you understand and can use PGP for secure transmission of information, then that is the preferred method to send us data and sensitive information for larger wallets. This ensures that no-one can read your message except for us.
We use the Mailvelope Chrome extension along with GMail for sending/receiving PGP encrypted messages
